Helping parents to strike the “work from home” balance, YouTube has decided to release more than 100 full-length movies, educational content long with specials, and until the end of August 2020. The titles will be released by YouTube Kids in the app’s “Shows” category, as individual videos and playlists.

YouTube Kids to Release New Movies Every Monday

YouTube Kids will release new movies every Monday for the next five weeks, including Tayo the Little Bus, Baby Shark and Pinkfong, Oggy& the Cockroaches, Paddington,The Wiggles, Masha and the Bear, Hair Love, among many others. YouTube will also release a wide variety of educational specials, including Sesame Street’s Elmo’s World News as well as Hey Duggee. It will also stream original content to help children learn and have fun at the same time.

Apart from free releases, YouTube will continue to showcase monthly themes on YouTube Kids, including their Month of Reading which focusses on diversity and inclusion, and read-along with evergreen Oprah Winfrey, James Bond actress Michelle Yeoh andOscar Award winning actor Rami Malek.

Google Camp YouTube

Google, in June 2020, had announced Camp YouTube: a digital learning experience to enable parents to refashion the fun of summer camp, right at your home.  With over 1,200 videos programmed, Google aims to allow children to explore the virtual journey of learning and exploration.
