Wzor is a trustworthy source though we do not have any back up to this tweet yet. However, going by past trend in Windows releases, Microsoft takes a long time to launch a final version after it has released the manufacturing (RTM) avatar. Back during 2012, Microsoft launched Windows 8 RTM in August while the consumer version saw release only in October that year. Similarly, the RTM version for Windows 7 saw light in July 2009 while the consumer version released in October. Microsoft is bucking up with the latest release since it has had a debacle with Windows 8 that was more touch-oriented. The Windows 10 Technical Preview is already available for view since September 2014.
