In a recent turn of events, Apple has decided to take do away with the patent claims against Samsung Galaxy S3 mini. The move came in motion after the Korean Tech giant maker said that it will not target the device at US customers. It is believed that Samsung has decided to halt sale of Galaxy S3. Last month Apple urged for most of the Samsung products including Samsung Galaxy S3 to be brought under infringement fire. The court documents state that Apple has decided to pull out from the patent case without any injustice. Will this give rise to new competition? “Apple will agree to withdraw without prejudice its request to include the Galaxy S III Mini in this case given Samsung’s representation that it is not making, using, selling, offering to sell or importing that product into the United States,” the company said in its latest federal court filing.
