A major point to consider is that the Galaxy S4 is actually an upgrade of the Galaxy S3. So it can do everything that its younger brother can, and better! Bigger and better screen, better camera, faster processor, etc. What a prospective buyer needs to decide is why they want a new phone. If they want a good Android based smartphone that can do pretty much everything then the Galaxy S3 is pretty much the thing for them. But if they want the latest, the S4 is pretty cutting edge. While the difference between the Galaxy S3 and the S4 isn’t much, people planning to buy the Galaxy S3 had better remember that the Galaxy S5 will be out next year!
