Realme Watch: Price and Key Features

Realme Watch has been priced at just Rs. 3,999. The new Realme wearable is seemingly offering commendable features for its price tag. It comes with a 1.4-inch coloured touchscreen with a 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on top and a screen resolution of 320×320 pixels. Users can adjust its brightness level and control all the functions from the watch itself. Thus, users don’t need to switch to the Realme Link apps in their smartphones repeatedly throughout the day . With its ten levels of adjustments and 380 nits brightness, it enables users to comfortably view the watch screen in different lighting conditions. Moreover, its 12 in-built watch faces allows you to display six key data points including date, time, weather, heart rate, steps and calories. However, you can also download additional watch faces from its mobile app. The company officials have said that it would also be adding on over 100 new watch faces through an OTA update soon. Moreover, the Realme Link app is currently available to Android users only. But, the company has said it would soon be available on App Store too.

Realme Watch also offers several smart features for your convenience including smart notifications. It allows you to unlock your phone, play music and take pictures. Moreover, you can also pair it with your smartphone, as well as see the calls and SMS on your watch screen. It can display almost all the app notifications with corresponding icons as well as third party in-app messages on social media platforms like WhatsApp and Messenger.   Notably, one of the biggest take away in this pocket-friendly wearable would be its health trackers such as heart rate monitor and Bloom Oxygen Saturation level. Furthermore, the Realme Watch comes with IP68 water-resistant and is said to have been rigorously tested for reliability. The company has claimed that the watch has been tested for 100,000 times button test, 3,000 times bent test, 3,000 times clasped test as well as 7kg tension resistance test. Moreover, the users can also remove the strap whenever they want and don’t have to worry much for the strap size. The strap has been reported to be quite robust and can be adjusted however the user wants. Realme Watch with the black strap will go on sale on June 5 at 12 pm via. Realme website and Flipkart.  It would soon be made available on company’s partnered offline stores after the online release. However, users will have to spend additional Rs. 499 each to buy any of the other three wrist straps.
