How to install Google Chrome on Ubuntu?

Install Chrome from the command line
Follow the steps to install Google Chrome on Ubuntu from the command line. Step 1: Open the Terminal app and run the command: wget https://dl.google.com/linux/direct/google-chrome-stable_current_amd64.deb Step 2: Next run: sudo apt install ./google-chrome-stable_current_amd64.deb to install Incase you see any errors about any missing part, you can force install it using sudo apt -f install That’s it! All you need to do is, open a new Terminal window and run: sudo apt remove google-chrome Note: While uninstalling is easy, some configuration files may be left on your computer. You can delete those files either manually or using any tool.
