One of the things that could prevent celebrities from going to space is their health condition. They will not be allowed to travel to outer space if they fail to meet the standard health requirement. This is because microgravity in space makes body fluids move around, which causes loss of plasma. Plasma carries oxygen to the blood in the body which can be increased by exercise. Without adequate plasma where there is no gravity will make people faint.
