There is some logic behind manufacturing a phone without GPS and cameras. A Chinese smartphone maker has launched a smartphone- Benco V80s. Benco no camera phone has been launched. Not only it comes without a camera but also it does not have GPS module. Privacy and security are a concern for everyone these days. So, the new Benco V80 is launched to protect privacy. This new smartphone will make it difficult for the ‘malware’ to track you. Benco on its website has also talked about its special smartphone saying, “No camera. No GPS. High Security” which means a phone without a camera and GPS will provide greater security.
Benco V80’s specifications and features
The new Benco V80 runs on a dated UNISOC SC9863A chipset from 2018. This has eight Cortex-A55 crores clocked at 1.6GHz and an Imagination GE8322 GPU.
Memory and storage
The smartphone has a RAM of 4GB and flash memory of 64GB.It can be expanded using a micro SD card.
Display and size
It has a full HD resolution- 1600x 720 pixels + IPS LCD screen.The display size is 6.5-inch diagonal.
Battery
The phone is backed up with a 5,000mAh battery. But no confirmation whether the phone will offer fast charging or not.
Connectivity
The connectivity options include 4G LTE, Bluetooth, and dual-band Wi-Fi.Also, there’s a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication.
Price
