So rather than using these platforms, send the meeting link personally or use the e-mail method (in case you need to share link with huge number of participants) Tip 2: Send your meeting links to selective people Don’t be reckless while choosing the participants for your meeting. Share your meeting link with only trusted contact. You never know who is exuding your data outside. Tip 3: Password protect your meeting (most simple zoom security tip) Creating a meeting ID and protecting it with a Password, will help you to keep intruders out of your meeting  Tip 4: Use the waiting room feature This option allows you to choose which participant you want in your meeting. By enabling the “Waiting Room” feature either you can admit the participants one by one or you can allow the participants to enter the meeting all at once. Tip 5: Manage participants (during, before and after) Before the meeting

Disable “join before host” in your settings.

This option allows you to have control over entry of participants. When no one will enter before you, it’ll be easy for the host to see who is entering the meeting.

Disable “allow file transfer”

Disable this option beforehand. So that you automatically remove the distractions from your meeting. During the meeting

Set your screen sharing option to the host only.

Enable “mute participants on entry”

This option not only protects your meeting from unnecessary noise but also increases the quality of your meeting. (Webinars are exception here)

Disable “allow removed participants to join”

Once you removed an uninvited guest, further this setting will stop them from rejoining the meeting.

Manage the participants through their videos clicking on the three dots will reveal further options to you.
